They stood back as her throat c o n v u l s e d
and whispers exploded from it.
Not as though the words were
f r a n t i c
or
h u r r i e d,
but because there was so much to be said that one voice a l o n e could not produce.
We all stood back and watched as her chest tore open,
her heart split in two,
and it began to radiate life,
reflecting colours from anywhere and everywhere,
from the lights and from her s o u l .
And she began to s h i n e . . .
